At Vireon, we want you to experience your best sleep ever; if the Sweet Spot Pillow isn't the perfect fit for your comfort, you can return it within 30 nights for a full refund. We ensure a hassle-free process to guarantee your satisfaction and rest are never compromised.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our sleep support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Package the Pillow

  Place the Sweet Spot Pillow and its original components back into its original packaging or a secure shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RA number.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
